Who this is for
Product, data, and business leaders who want AI built into real products and workflows, not another pilot that stalls. Fintech and payments teams are a natural fit, because that is where my experience is most direct.
The view comes from nearly two decades of work in data, fintech, and payments at Big Tech, a top-3 US credit card company, Big 4 consulting, and fintech startups.

How I work
- Start with the business problem. Not the model, not the tool.
- Define the smallest valid test. Something that can actually answer the question.
- Make assumptions explicit. So everyone knows what is being tested and what is still a guess.
- Measure what changes. Then decide what to do next based on the evidence.

A short exchange over email to understand the problem, then we decide together whether a conversation would be useful. Any engagement is scoped after that, around your situation.
